Orthoptists
Certified orthoptists assist doctors and undertake all eyesight examinations, operate contactless eyesight measuring equipment and thus ensure a personalized care.
In addition to their university degree, they receive extra laboratory training each time we acquire new equipment.
Your visit will be a two-stage process:
- PRE-EXAMINATION: the orthoptist assisting your doctor will take the first measurements and, should you need a fundus examination, proceed to the instillation of eye-drops prior to your meeting with the doctor.
- MEDICAL EXAMINATION: your doctor will take you through your examination results and proceed to the medical examination in the consulting room.
